I just had my PRS 516 Retrograde chrono returned to me after servicing, they have replaced the hands, pushers crown etc but when I looked at it
They had not reset the chrono ie the second hand was on twelve and the subdials were pointing straight up.
This left me with 3 questions for the customer service
1, does the technician know what they are doing or are they working to rote?
2, how could the watch be tested when it wasn't even set up correctly?
3, How well do quality control know the company products when they dispatch a watch to a customer incorrectly set up?
Has anyone else had dealings with Tissot/Swatch and was it a good or bad experience?
