there simply boxes, some of my invicta's came in the smaller yellow cheese box, but now for some reason they come in the larger ones, when I got my grand diver it came in a black reserve box, I think most comapanies ship their watches in the boxes they probally came in from invicta, since invicta is kinda known as being a parts bin watch company sometimes, it doesn't suprise their boxes would be any different.

As far as the product is concered, I honestly don't think you will ever have to worry about a fake invicta floating around out there, also a box is a box, as long as it has the proper paperwork and when you warranty register it, you should be good to go.

 

I actually received two Ocean Ghosts... one in the bigger and one in the smaller box. My understanding is that the internet houses are moving towards the smaller box to save a little on shipping.

 

When I bought my last Invicta from Invicta Shark the page said it would come in a Black signature box. When it showed up in the small cheese I was mad and gave them something to hear... And now they are shipping me a black box, or rather Invicta is. I must say while the CS with invicta may be spotty the CS with IS is nothing short of awesome. Every email and problem I send is replied to and resolved within minutes, Invicta may do well to take a cue from them.

Anyway, the boxes do make a difference to me, because one; I have not shoveled out the cash for another jewelry box (I have one but I can only fit so many watches in it). Two; The bigger cheese comes with a cheaper yellow cleaning cloth, and the Black comes with a nicer white cleaning cloth. Both of which I find useful.

I doubt much of what I said will further illuminate the questions we have about the way Invicta boxes their products, but thats my experience.
