N7 with a 242 movement(?)
I have a couple questions:
How repairable are the 242 movements? I understand it’ll depend on exactly what’s wrong with it, I plan on having it serviced, but it’ll depend on repair-ability to determine where it gets sent. Would it be advisable to get a donor movement?
Concerning the bezel, the gap at 2:30. Can this be filled? Is it Bakelite, or resin? If I could fill it, what medium should I use?
Does anyone know what the bracelet should be?

The 242 movements are excellent movements and perfectly repairable. The most common problems are a dead circuit or a dead motor. They are very accurate movements. It never hurts to have a parts movement available, For the bezel, it would be handy to see a pic of it to know what you mean. I am not sure what bracelet they should have, I have seen them on leather, nato straps and bracelets.
