I bought a Caprice Skeletonized Automatic, and when it arrived the hour and minute hands were not synchronized, calibrated, or whatever the term is. When the hour hand was straight on at the twelve o'clock position, the minute hand registered 45 minutes. When the minute hand reached the zero, or twelve, the hour hand was about a quarter of the way between twelve and one. I paid to have it shipped via UPS, so I am anxious to see how quickly and fairly they handle the situation. You can tell as much about a company by the way they handle problems as by anything. If they have to replace it, would it be unreasonable to see if they would replace it with a different color?
