I just use the IMG tag in photobucket, and it seems to work fine. Try that instead of the HTML tag.

Right now I have no idea whether the problem is with Photobucket or WTF. I used "cut & paste" to copy both the code from the Sunday WRUW pic and the code from this thread. Both codes were identical, and neither picture came through!
Until an IT-savvy member has a solution, maybe try a different watch photo and see if that one posts correctly?

Use the IMG code if you copy and paste then delete all the junk before and after the
