Neat post..some info here

There are Rolex Deepsea display models and a working models.

About 50 years ago, U.S. Navy Captain Don Walsh and Swiss inventor Jacques Piccard drove the Trieste submarine and dived to the center of Mariana Trench – Challenger Deep. Rolex together with this U.S. Navy.
Tim is correct, this actual watch used in the dive is with Rolex.
