Some of Patek's white gold watches are rhodium plated, some are not plated. Most, if not all, of the current watches however, are unplated.
When looking at each watch individually it can be hard to see which is which, but when compared side by side the difference is obvious.
Note that buckles and fold over clasps are always unplated, even if the watch itself is plated.
Here are some pictures of my 5127 G (plated) and 5140 G (non-plated).
The actual white gold is graysh, and with less shine. The rhodium plated is very shiny and bright.
