My Hamilton Fontainebleau Chronomatic is currently at the watchmaker. Will take about to 2 months, but at least that gives me some time to think about which strap to buy :confused1:
Originally the fontainebleau was fitted with an SS bracelet. Personally I prefer a black leather strap.

What do you guys think, croc, racing or SS????




Bare in mind, the caliber 11 movement in the Hamilton was developed with Heuer and was also in the Monaco and Carrera.

Great watch, and very nice that it was your grandfather's.
19mm or 20mm strap? IMO a perforated or "rally" strap with the large holes would look good.

@timesofplenty: 22 mm. If you google the fontainebleau there are a few examples with perforated and rally straps. Looks fantastic.

@TC: It's black, although a little faded
