And I believe a Bond strap is just another way of saying a NATO strap (James Bond wore his Rolex Sub on a NATO band in Dr. No).

What's best will be determined by YOU. It's that balance between what offers the best security for the watch (probably the NATO strap), which is easiest for you to manipulate, and which feels most comfortable.
