Can't tell if it's a chrono and the pushers are hidden because of the angle, or if it's a regulator since it might be only one large hand, or calendar with subdials at 12 & 6. Could be an IWC with a modified Valjoux 7750 if it's a chronograph. If you tell us who he is, maybe asking the Google for better images might lead to a better pic for ID purposes.

Judging by the fact I don't see an hour hand, my vote goes to either the IWC Portuguese Regulateur or CHRONOSWISS Regulateur Automatique





(the Chronoswiss also comes in a stainless steel version, BTW)

Judging by the lug shape, I'm betting the IWC.

Bingo. This is it for sure. You can barely make out the 12, 3, 6, and 9 on the top subdial in both photographs.

IWC Portuguese Regulateur

I knew it was an IWC. Always trust your gut. Bill, thanks for finishing my thought process and making the positive ID.

Looks like the moderators win yet another round of Stump the Mod. :wink:
