I'm really starting to like this Jazzmaster. The Black Guilloche Dial with a spot of white is very retro looking...What do you think? What would really set it off is if it was in Rose Gold....

I do like this one. A black leather strap probably would look nicer than the metal bracelet. Also, I think I would prefer it if the white sub-dial was placed above the black circle, instead of the other way around.

I was just looking at that Viewmatic yesterday at an AD. I really like it on the leather strap not so much on a bracelet. Yes, a rose gold model would look gooood.

From the overlapping subdials to the funny little seconds hand in the big seconds subdial.

I didn't like this in the beginning because of the overlaping ring.(The black ring that intersects the white space).. The Guilloche Dial pattern and the two colors have grown on me as I see an "older art decco" watch in there someplace. I looked at that "funny little second hand" and noticed that the design was for it to follow the contour of that black ring that intersects the white subdial and is not long enough to interfere with the date window.

Anyway that's the excuses I've made for liking it, but I see your pith completely Foggy.

I had almost bought one of these a couple months ago but the tiny second hand killed the deal for me. The hand was so small that you didn't even notice it was there unless you really looked. I like it a lot other that that though. BTW, I prefer the strap over the bracelet.

I like most Jazzmasters but not this one, sorry. I think the dial is too busy. I prefer simple ones.

I like it a lot, but I only like it with the leather band. Also, I'd be really worried that I wouldn't like such a unique watch ten years from now. When it comes to long-term items, I like to stick with the basics and not get something that might seem trendy later on.

But I like it right now. :wink:

Not my cup of tea either...art deco I see, but think it might be better suited for a square or rectangular case. Seems to be mixing too much modern with old design and it doesn't know where it belongs.

I don't like it either, but often these pictures don't do the watch justice.

Our members usually do a lot better than whoever does these advertising shots.

I do like the Jazzmasters, though.
