Looks a little beat up and I'm not sure if that dial is original or refinished.

$125 if the movement hasn't been cleaned and oiled in a couple of years. $200 if it has. As to what it is, read what it says on the dial. All the info is right there...an automatic Tissot Seastar with a 21-jewel movement.
The dial looks original, but I'd like to know how your buddy got it so filthy!
