I opted away from that. I didn't want my user name (I thought "Steve" would look pretty silly), and preferred the clean look, without initials, over the initialed back...

Some requested that they have their initials, some with their screen name, some with nothing, and one person with just his first name.
We were able to accommodate everyone's first choice, even though at first it was just going to be the members initials.

It was a project, that is for sure!
