I have been trying to find a list or something of the genuinely swiss made Invictas.

I will soon buy the 9937; I will have about 300 bucks to spend and I am looking for a genuinely swiss made watch, preferrably automatic.

yeah I would go with the 4469 over the 9937. It is a matter of preference though.

As for Swiss Made Invictas, you're talking about quite a range of watches. time2watch and wilfreb have identified a couple, there is also the Subaqua Noma range, several of the Russian Diver range, etc. Can you be more specific as to quartz, mechanical or automatic, as well as what size case?

Automatic is preferred, case size less than 43mm.
