I bought an Invicta watch for my boyfriend for his birthday, specifically this one : Amazon.com: I By Invicta Men's 90242-003 Chronograph Black Dial Black Leather Watch: Watches . Thing is, my boyfriend's birthday isn't for another 2 months (I shop real early) and I wanted to get it registered during the 30 day period. However, I'm kinda stumped. The process is simple in itself, but I cannot for the life of me find the right model number for this watch. On the warranty page, it says it's the four digit number on the back of the watch. That's all good, but this watch doesn't have a 4-digit model number. The model number is 90242-003. I tried entering the last 4 digits of that, and it didn't register the right watch. When I ordered it from Amazon (and it was ordered from Amazon directly, not another store using Amazon as a store front) I didn't get a warranty card, and with the the deadline for the warranty ending soon, I'm a bit concerned. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!!

Most Invicta watches have the four digit model number stamped on the underside of the case. In this situation, the "I by Invicta" might do something a little different. A web search shows the 90242-003 number being used like a model number.

If that doesn't work, call Invicta at 800.327.7682.

Thanks, I'll give calling them a try. I've been e-mailing them back and forth and so far its been getting me nowhere. I give them all the information I have, scans of my invoice, product information and pictures of the watch and then they ask if I checked the back for the model number...it's been a bit frustrating.

On another topic, what is the difference between I by Invicta and regular Invicta watches?

The I by invicta was made for a lower budget watch. I am not sure if the quality is less or not.
