I was wondering if any one can help me out. This may sound stupid, I have a case with exhibition back and I want to put a dial diameter of 28.5. The inside of the case is 29.9. Like I know it fit but what to do with the excess space. Also the depth is 9mm. The height of the movement to the top center is 4.5 for a Skelton and 5.45 for the auto. The movements are
Dg2813 and 2650G being the Skelton movement.
Assistance is appreciated

movement Ring

Hi you'll have a make a movement ring either out of metal or plastic. I would use plastic as it's easier to file and cut. It will have to be notched to allow stem insertion and removal as well as the stepped contours of the side of the movement. If you have a lathe you can use round plastic stock and cut one out in a relatively short time. Hope that helps. Rik
