That is a very interesting point.
We know modern watch designers are copying shapes/stiles from 30s/40s and 50s.
Yet advertising is completely different.
Most adverts from 20s/30s are all WORDS and few pictures.
Anyway, I buy a lot of adverts - we can learn much from them
