Only the Uzi model drastically "cut costs" in this design from below. I've seen the Uzi advertised as low as $90 usd.

  • They rotated the area of the date window on the dial
  • Used a minimum of H3 tubes and
  • changed their Bezel to something inferior.

Here is the Uzi design. Now on sale for less than $75.
Wanna hear a crazy thought? My co-worker partner in WIS crime wanted to buy some of these watches, just for the tubes. And we were going to get a watch maker to put the tubes in our Seiko Monsters! :D King of lume paint, now with the addition of Tritium! :w00t:

Yea, my watchmaker asked if they were the sealed tube vials just to make sure. And he said no problem if we wanted it done to our twin Monsters. hehe. :biggrin:

He's got the Orange North American version (alternating Englisha and french day-date window) and mine is the Hong Kong Orange Monster with Roman numerals alternating with english days.:D

Mr hockey,

Is that a real old model BALL watch or one that you created with our watchmaker? it looks a like a fake and frankly a cheapo verion of BALL watch(no offends here)
