I have a good friend who's father passed away about 10 years ago. His watch, an Omega DeVille, is pictured below. I told my friend that I would see if the watch had any value (besides sentimental).

Can anyone give me any idea of it's worth, and when it was made?

Greeting Mr Fudgie Ghost

Welcome to WTF and OMEGALand.

I'm not an expert on vintage watches but I dare say that the sentimental value of the watch would be greater than its' commercial worth. As it belonged to your friend's father, almost nothing else beats that :thumbup1:

Perhaps one of our vintage experts may be able to help you further with this watch.

Hope you'll be able to drop in on us and share in the fun and talk we have here.

You'd probably be able to get $250 for it, at the most, especially seeing its in relatively poor condition.
