I dont know that any of us are 'experts' but we are 'enthusiasts' so when we do get requests like this it can be difficult to determine certain things without some additional information. Sometimes we get lucky and we have a catalogue or two that shows the watch. Most of the time we simply search the internet to find information. In this case, i would want to see the movement inside that watch first but another option is to start searching thru the eBay listings for V-C watches and see if you can find a match.Haha, well I don't have it, but I saw it online. Seller says the watch is functional but it seems fishy. So I come here and ask the experts
V-C's are quality watches that are generally well taken care of. That one looks like it had the crap beaten out of it with missing indices & hands that i dont recognize as something VC would use. Other than that, what was it about the watch (or the ad or the vendor) that made you think it sounded 'fishy' ??
