Timing Machine Recommendation

Has anyone purchased and used the timing machines on ebay that sell for around $200? They all look the same, some from China and some from the US. I'm a novice and just looking for some advice on buying one and looking for feedback on any features I should look out for.

If you could go up to about $300 you may want to google around for a TYMC model. I think that is the minimum standard to go for a timing machine.
