Seiko 0634-5001. I'm the original owner. Got it for my birthday in 1976 I think. $275.00 back in the day. I overhauled it sometime in the 90's and didn't wear it much. Just found it again and it still works. Boy did it bring back memories when I saw it. I thought I was all that back then wearing this beauty!
