So I've been seeing how well my watches keep time, having a little test. Included in the test are my M28, M50 and Seiko Ananta Spring Drive. Test is unworn and hand wound each day at the same time. I hear all of you crying fowl, but wait. First five days Ananta wins hands down, +0.5sec, M50 is -5.0sec and M28 is -3.5sec. These times are all sunny side up.

Next 5 days face down, Ananta +0.5sec, M50 is -4.0sec and the M28 is DEAD ON ACCURATE. Now if I can just figure out how to read a face down watch...

I believe it. The spring drive is one of the most accurate mechanical movements ever made. They are all keeping great time it sounds like!

Flip it around to the inside of your wrist then it will be down most of the time However in the real world seconds don't really count until your checking the atomic the clock just to see how accurate it still is.
