Can't find any size 21mm on the web.

Hey Now:

You may wanna try Watch Prince, a WTF sponsor and a huge supplier of straps:

I have a near impossible time getting 21mm straps that I like for my NightTrain but 22mm work fine. You have to sort of soften up the strap end a bit, and then you kind of "pinch" the band in.
