IWC BIG PILOT'S WATCH

The Big Pilot's Watch, with its large 46.2 mm diameter case, is part of IWC's Pilot Watch Classic line.
Since 2002, the Big Pilot's Watch has been IWC's flagship. Its IWC-manufactured 51110 movement contains all the features that have proved their worth in the long history of IWC mechanical watches. Within no time at all, the automatic movement - currently the largest of its kind in the world - generates a power reserve of 8.5 days, but only runs for seven before an ingenious little mechanism automatically stops it. This is because the torque that drives the movement decreases as the mainspring winds down, leading to a loss of amplitude in the balance and the unacceptable possibility of inaccuracy.
