I will totally agree that he lost a future sale, I also believe that most of the AD's are great. Now having said that there does seem to be something in the air with the stores during this holiday :001_unsure:, it could be the economy. I did speak to a Rep offline, and he did confirm that all of the Ad's have some very high goals during the holidays :scared:. The simple fact is that if you do not treat the customer right you will loose future sales, word of mouth being #1.:glare: I also know from experience that once you find a good AD you should stick with them. Now do not get me wrong still shop around a bit for good prices :biggrin:.
