what do you think of the company skagen watches? I love the looks of the watch and how thin it is. If there is another company similar to this please tell me as i have about 150 dollars to spend and i also like wactches with a smaller case diameter.

If you like the way it looks and are a fan of very thin watches then go for it.
I haven't heard any thing bad about the brand.
Your basic fashion type watch.

i have a Skagen that my wife bought me many years ago and the watch has never had any problems.

My son has a Skagen. Nice watch until the leather strap broke. The only place I could get a replacement is through their customer service, which took quite a while to get one. It was also a bear to replace.

I think this watch is the reason why I would not consider buying a watch that has proprietary lugs.

If you're buying one, I suggest getting one with a metal bracelet.

It is the Empire Express 999 in the rare inverted print...sort of the like the railroaders version of the inverted byplane.
