I have no clue on value or info but you can google 6730-5059 which is printed on the caseback and that will give you that watch model/reference number to further search for clues. I saw a couple on a quick google search but none of the owners had any info.
Seiko bought Lasalle with the intention of creating a higher end Japan only brand. The watches originally had some of Seikos' best quartz movements. That changed over time. A quick Ebay search shows values all over the place. A base metal case with stainless steel back does not do much to increase the value.
