Can someone with a Moonwatch Dark Side confirm that you can use the subdial at the 3 o’clock position as a second timezone clock?

I have a requirement for a second world time that’s not GMT, hence I need a watch which can show a timezone which is 4.5 hours different.

Alternatively can anyone point me to detailed instructions for the 311.92.44.51.01.007 watch - the omega website seems to just have a basic overview.

I dont have an Omega Moonwatch but there are a number of on-line videos reviewing the functions of that watch. There are a couple of Moonwatch owners here so hopefully they'll offer up an answer.
