I have started to wear my watch after a couple of days of not wearing it and the date was wrong and the watch had stopped. I winded it up and was charging up the battery.
This morning before I changed the date and accidentally changed it to the 16th instead of the 15th. I tried going through the whole month to change it back to the 15th but now it seems like whenever I move the date crown the locking mechanism "slips". I feel the hand "click" but it seems to slip or not latch on since the date doesn't change.

I'm not sure if I've broken anything or if I should just leave and hopefully the mechanism will be able to "fix" itself and latch on later? Does anyone have any ideas? Currently at work so will take a video later. Cheers!

After researching, I found that the issue was that my watch was on a PM cycle so the mechanism to not let it change date was in place. After changing the time and increasing it by 12 hours, the AM cycle was on the watch and I was able to change the date fine and it is working as intended.

Yeah I hear you Steve, but sometimes it's best to not question things...just leave them be and let 'em get on with their life.
He's happy, so we'll just leave it at that.
