Just received my new 5146G-010 and could not be more delighted. It's an absolutely stunning piece. so all doubts I had about making that kind of investment have disappeared!

One thing I'd like the benefit of your experiences on is whether I should be able to clearly hear the noise of the rotor winding the watch as it's on my wrist? It can clearly be heard if my ear is just a 1-2 centimeters away, unlike the ticking noise where you virtually have to have the watch in your ear to hear!

Normal or something to be concerned about?

I had 5146 in the past.
Nothing to be concerned about. A subtle noise of the rotor is fine.

I thought exactly the same thing, after years of wearing a Rolex.

My GMT II is silent, hence my concern about the PP
On a different note, my Rolex was about 2 sec fast a day. The PP seems to be only 0.5 seconds!
