Anyone have any input about Rondania watches? Good? Bad? Junk?

There is Rodania, they seem to make good quality low end watches that often look like other brands' established watches to get the sales. Often with Ronda quartz movements. I'd buy one if I liked the look of it and the price was ok.

Rodania has been around since the 1930's in various forms. IMHO, vintage mechanical Rodania watches were actually decent quality time pieces. The newer quartz watches are along the lines of Invicta and many other low end watch brands.

"Rondania" appears to be an innocent mistake. You may have gotten confused by there being
Rodania watch manufacturer, and then there's
Ronda , a Swiss manufacturer of quartz movements and watch batteries.

These two companies are completely separate and have no direct connection to each other.
I'd say Rodania watches are good for the beginner who is ready to break with quartz watch ownership and is ready for his (or her) first mechanical watch. They aren't as inexpensive as Invicta, but the quality control is vastly superior.
