Greetings to all,

I was hoping that someone in the forum could point me in the right direction. I am searching for production dates on some of my movements, of course this is to be sure that I have all original Rollies.

Respectfully,

I don´t think that there exists a list with movement numbers and dates beyond Rolex.

Hi Greeneyes, depending on which models you have, try the book 'Vintage Rolex Sports Models' by Martin Skeet & Nick Urul. It has a section on movements and the time period they were used. For example: Submariner 5513: Movement 1530, 25 jewels, Early 1960's.
The only limitation here is that the book only covers Subs, SD's, GMT's, Explorers, Milgauss, Turn-O-Graph, and Cosmograph.
If you dig Rolex, you should get the book anyway, it is worth its' weight in gold.
The ISBN is 0-7643-2248-6
Good luck!

I think you are right Hannes, in my brief time at WTF i would be inclined to say if you can't find it here, you can't find it anywhere!
