ROLCO was a trademark of Rolex - Hans Wilsdorf
It was registered 30th June 1947.
It did NOT use Aegler's - Rebberg movement, but a movement from another (Swiss) manufacturer, a bit like Tudor or the 'Canadian' market watches.
That said your does look like an Rebberg movement. I can check that if you really need to know
Reason? Aegler manufacture could not keep up with Rolex growth.

It is still considered (correctly) a Rolex

any information you can offer about the watch would be gratefully received i dont know any thing about the watch , or what its value is thank you
It IS a ROLEX. Valued below a Rolex ONLY cause they marked it ROLCO

That said on eBay, i bet it gains a lot of bids
