I was wondering if anybody knows anything about this model Patek Philippe. After a great deal of web surfing I have not found and model simiular to this one - Where the name on the watch has Patek Philippe & Co with the unusual Roman number and dot combination indexes (as opposed to the baton indexes).

Here is some info from Antiquorum:

Yellow Gold, Ref. 2455 Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 720638, case No. 667417,
Ref. 2455. Made circa 1945. Very fine, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow
gold Patek Philippe buckle.

Case: Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, lapidated lugs, snapon case back.
Dial: Matte white with applied yellow gold baton indexes, subsidiary dial for the seconds,
outer engraved minute division. Yellow gold dauphine hands.
Caliber: 12-400, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, straight line lever
escapement, bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck regulator.
Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 33.5 mm. Thickness 10.5 mm.
