I'm guessing Mr. Mngambler picked his up at the GTG. Any idea of when a ss sixpounder will ship?
Mngambler: looks fantastic. I was torn between HS and SP...I hope I made the right call. I am normally more conservative like the Holystone.. trying to step out a little bit.

Congrats to Josh and Troy. I'm sure it has been like giving birth (if you were an elephant).

yup I met Josh and Troy last Friday, it was pretty sweet to pick it up and meet those guys, best part is they are just 2 regular "joe's" who have a passion for dive watches just like the rest of us. Lets face it nobody is trying to get rich here I imagine after designing, parts, paying for assembly, etc. I can't imagine there is a huge profit margin on a <$700 watch with great specs.

As far as the watch, I'm seriously loving it so far, the size is absolutely perfect. I never really imagine wearing a 18 or 19mm thick watch, at 44mm x 14mm it wears very comfortable esp. on zulu/nato and isofrane. I was overly impressed with the bracelet, very comfortable, very beefy and solid feeling, but lack of micro extension is a negative. Some other things I really love about the Holystone is the clean dial, nice big round indices (think seiko sumo) as well as the hands and the contrast of color between all 3

I won't speak for Josh or Troy but I'd be willing to bet if you don't think the 6lb. is for you I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem with swapping it for the Holystone as long as you don't size it or remove the stickers

Eric,
It was great to meet you at the GTG! You have no idea how cool it was for Josh and I to hand deliver one of our watches, it definitely made undergoing this experience (starting the company, designing the watches, etc.) even better than we imagined!

Anyways, glad to hear you are enjoying the watch! Alot more people should be by this Wednesday as well as we had a big FedEx shipment go out... and even more by Thursday!

Everyone else, we will keep you posted on the remainder of the SS and PVD versions regarding shipping once we know more, we want to see these watches all over the world!

Thanks again!

To the guys from Redsea - - - Welldone and Goodluck - - - You have supplied a limited edition quality watch for a very reasonable price and I think you should be proud of yourselves.
Much appreciated! It has been nearly two years of hard work, but seeing comments like this and support from this group makes it all worth it! Let's just say that what little hair I had to begin with is now even thinner!

Thanks Josh .
I have a question. If iam using a watch winder to wind it, what is the spec (winds/day and clockwise or counter clockwise) to be used ?
The recommendation for the 9015 is clockwise at 600 TPD. Out of curiously, what kind of winder do you have? We'd love to see a pic with your watch in the winder.
