Recent acquisition 2324 style 18K with Tiffany & Co dial

Trying to find a little more info on this one. The dial doesn't match other "Tiffany &Co" dials for this case model. The back has the stampings in an odd location and is missing the date code and serial number. I know it's a long shot but thought I would ask in the group to see if either the dial or caseback is familiar.
