The good news is it's real. The serial number shows the watch to be from 1961, which was the only year the Flagship automatics came with the date at 12.

The bad news is that it's a repainted dial, and possibly worse. The Flagship date at 12 models should have the caliber 341, not the caliber 291. The caliber 291 was used in the Conquest. It's most likely that somebody has assembled this watch from parts that happen to fit together. Even if by some odd chance it was made like this from the Longines factory, it won't have any collector appeal because the dial has been refinished.

Pass on it. There are better correct specimens available fairly often.
