The word is that the price of Ball Watches is going up. Omega just had a price hike, Rolex is March 1. This Euro thing is killing us in the states.

Just wanted to give everyone the heads up. I know several AD's are eltting folks make a deposit to hold the old price points.

Not sure what the increase is or when it begins...I think some watches, like the 60 Seconds, already went up 100 dollars.

So if a Ball is in your cross hairs, might not be a bad idea to make a deposit or pull the trigger.

Well put...has the Euro changed in the past 90-120 days...I haven't checked. I see that many Swiss co's are having pre Basel price increases.

Good advice for the WIS looking to buy! I was very fortunate back in October when our Cdn dollar was so high. With the incoming Heritage, it's also good that I secured it last month.

Well, it appears the dollar v the Swiss Franc is taking a beating...Ball has said they will try to minimize the increase as much as possible. I read in another forum, that the 7750 is going to have a big increase, not just for Ball, but for the industry.

7750 is the ETA Chrono...sometimes called the Valjoux 7750 (Eta bought Valjoux) There are several versions, from just date to complete calendar.
