philip admoralie 48mm crown

this will be the last watch purchase for a wile being every thing i touch seems to fall apart. auto. movement val. 7750 keeps verry good time but the end of the crown fell in my hand. the watch is not even a month old and i am paying to ship it for repair already.not much faith in swiss made watches at the moment.the watch dady said the crown was tough to pull out but he did not tell me that it could fall apart. i own 2 of these watches and donot know much about the movement and how and why the crown is so hard to pull out.does enyone else have the same watch problem.i hate the time change, to many watches, jim

I've never had an issue with my VJ 7750s.
I think the crown problems are caused by floating a small movement in a giant case. That's why ETA has developed a line of automatic movements specially made for larger cases.
