I got a new laptop, and I'm unable to log in to this site from it.

It says there's no username of "Steve".

Uuuhhhh... I'm pretty sure there is.

Can anyone help me out?

I also tried getting my login info sent to my e-mail address, and it doesn't recognize that, either.

You have probably already tried these Steve but. . . do you have cookies enabled? Do you have a firewall that is preventing you form accessing the site? Are you certain the url is correct?

Yep.

Tried cookies, no firewall, and the address is correct.

The laptop I'm on now, and my desktop, access it without issue. The new laptop is an Acer. Maybe the folks at Acer just hate watches...
