I know many members here have had bad experiences with the NJ service center. I took my SMP back to the AD where I purchased it for warranty service. They sent it to the NJ service center. I was very pleased with both the quality of the work and the quick turn around time. I was quoted 2-3 months and had my watch back in about 6 weeks. A complete service was done including refinishing the bracelet (which I did not expect on a warranty service). I do not doubt the word of the other members here. I guess I was just lucky
