One of these days I'll look into having it restored. I searched the reference number but can only find a version with the Arabic 12 at noon, while mine has a Roman XII. Still runs, but not something I really wear. Handed down to me from my grandfather, but I don't think he wore it much, either.

Rolex references don't reflect dial style.

Many different dials and names came in single references, especially during that time frame.

For its time...that watch was COMPLETELY unique. It was an automatic in a gent's case square case. It's a mid 40's watch. Nothing else like it on the market at that time.

Examples have sold for between 4 and 5 thousand dollars.
