'Android' watchmaker Oko sues Google for trademark infringement - PC World Australia

Back in 2013. Anyone know how it turned out? The way litigation seems to work, the suit is probably still in the courts.

They do have problems communicating with one another, don't they? Sorry, but this is the first I've heard anything about litigation.

From what I hear on the inter webs, the owner of Android watches relinquished the name to Google for a tidy sum and liquidated the brand.
He re launched Aragon Watch to replace the brand. Same designs different name
