If you mean the new ones, probably a Large Boulton in stainless. If you include original Hamiltons, a second solid-gold Masterpiece, this one with a hand-wound Hamilton-made movement rather than the Swiss-made auto movement in my current one.

I Echo J.Fish - The Jazzmaster Maestro silver dial for modern watches.

Of course a Hamilton Ventura, Vega or Everest for vintage in that order.

I have one Khaki but am really only into the classics line. Therefore my modern choice would have to be my white gold plated Ventura from 1992.

Since the Ventura is still offered, if I could only have one vintage it would probably be the Flight (I or II). I would never pay the prices they are commanding now though. I REALLY wish that I had bought the re-issue back in the 90s.
