Newbie here, can I get an opinion on my Spaceview?

Those hands don't look like Spaceview hands to me and I would say that the crystal is a Clark.

I don't know of a way to "find out for certain" if a crystal is aftermarket but one of the things I look at is the thickness or width of the legs of the tuning fork. Have you checked for the case number of the watch ?

The Clark hands I have in my original Spaceview cost $17 and look good. I kept the original hands but they were showing their age and the Clarks look a lot better. It takes a better eye than mine to tell Clark hands from the originals. I think you gave the OP some good advise, those gold hands look nasty.
