Hello everyone I am new to watches and i recently purchased a brand new Hamilton X Wind. I really love the watch! I have a question about the movement. Is it normal for me to hear and feel the watch winding its self when I move my arm around. A friend of mine has an Omega Planet Ocean and he can barley hear his. I just want to make sure this is normal before I talk to the seller. Thank you!

I wouldn't have thought so....

I have a new Khaki Navy GMT and can only hear the rotor move if I put the watch near my ear and listen carefully when I shake it.

Considering the X-Wind uses the venerable Valjoux 7750 movement, I'd say no, it's not normal at all to either hear or feel it doing its thing!
