Hi Guys!

Well, first post on the new forum, I've been hanging in the Rolex-forum for a couple of years but a week ago I found myself buying a titanium PAM00176. I've always liked Panerai but I found that the steel models were a bit heavy, especially on a strap (which is the only way to go with a Panny IMO). Anyway, the titanium is sooo light and comfy on the wrist and I do like the very clean appearance of the 176. Well, nothing much wrong with the Marina GMT either but I wanted a nice dress watch and the cleaner the better. I actually had a Rolex 116234 (Datejust) for dress but it was just too small and "bling" for me, I always ended up wearing a Submariner instead. The PAM will adress that nicely!

Anyhow, I would like to wear my new PAM on a strap with deployment clasp. Does anyone know where a good deal can be found on that, preferably within the EU but with the mighty dollar at the present not-so-mighty status the US would be fine as well. I have noticed that the moderator does seem to know a thing or two about these things but I've yet too see any aftermarket deployment clasps...

Deployant buckles

Please keep in mind that you cannot use a NON deployant strap on a Panerai deployant buckle. The OEM Panerai straps are approximately 4mm thick at the watch and only 2mm thick at the holes.

This means you will have to stick with the OEM Panerai straps in 115/75 and 115/95mm length. Why? the demand for aftermarket Straps for Panerai Deployants is not there.
