I have had my Dads Hamilton watch for about 2 years and finally set up a nice display for it and a few other watches and stated to wonder if I need to get it restored. I haven't done any research on it so I am not familiar with its model or other details, other then he received the was for HS graduation in 1948. So my question to the Hamilton folks is "where to send it for a nice service and restoration"? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks. Chris

The watch actually runs great right now but considering it was my Dads, I would feel good about getting it restored and looking nice once again. I read the production run ended on this model in or around 1946 so I would guess its was just one of those watches that was still in stock when his parents bought it or they had already purchased it a year or two before he graduated. :thumbup1:
