Hey guys !

Just got back from the NAWCC Southwest California Regional Show today.

Some pictures of the trip.....................

A bunch of surfers and the beach right outside of my hotel room on the ocean.

I was rock'n my 1917 size 6s Elgin Trench Watch with a crystal guard for the trip ! !

This is Torrey Pines South on the PCH ...............

This is the show building, The Wyland Center at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.

Fred hanging out with "The World Famous Backpack" ! ! ! ! ! !

These pictures were taken before the show officially opened so most of the tables are still covered.

And this is just SOME of my haul from the show, I bought a TON of cool watches and watch cases ! ! ! ! !

I'm very happy that I attended ! ! !

It was nice to hang out with Randy & Fred.

I'm sure that I'll be going back next year ! ! ! !

GREAT SHOW ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Love the picture with Fred!!!

Thanks for sharing Stan. Do I see a Beau Monde/Geste in the haul?
Jeff,

I believe what you are seeing is an Elgin E-4 case ? ? ? (I think it's an E-4)

Chrome Plated "Spartan" by the IWCCo.

It's in SUPERB condition !

It MAY be a toss-up Stan... Who is MORE famous, the Backpack, OR Fred!!!
Amazing to have the 2 of them in the same photo... I HOPE you had Secret Service protection!!!

Yep, the guy in the black jacket behind Fred is an undercover plain clothes agent ! ! ! ! !

Jeff,

That one is a size 0s Elgin, sort of a barrell case.

Is that "Spartan" Illinois case for an E-4 Elgin ? ? ?

It was in a GIANT bag of cases that I bought, 150+ cases in one bag ! ! ! !

About 75 of them are good ! ! ! ! !

The show was great for Stan and so-so for everyone else. But it was great to spend time with Stan and Randy.

BTW, what's with that red backpack ?

Thanks
FJF
